CHICAGO - December 6, 2021 -  Everlong Captive Health Insurance has announced the promotion of Tomasz Banach, who was serving as Everlong’s Senior Vice President of Sales, to the company’s Chief Operating Officer. 

Banach’s role at Everlong as Senior VP of Sales also entailed responsibilities administering similar concepts and processes for success for the sales and marketing division of the company. Banach’s new role focuses on positioning organizations for long-term success by providing oversight and expertise that propels growth, drives compliance and enhances employee experiences.

Prior to Banach joining Everlong, his career began in 2010 at Spencer Stuart and has spanned more than 12 years with experience working for companies that include Brainlab and Sourcebooks. Throughout Banach’s positions, he has gained knowledge and skills of influencing operational excellence and business discipline and the implementation of strategies, systems and programs that created conditions to maximize effectiveness and success.
