Everlong Captive’s Senior VP of Finance promoted to CFO

CHICAGO - December 6, 2021 - Everlong Captive Health Insurance announces the promotion of Senior Vice President of Finance and Captive Accounting Sherry Gaskill to now serve as Chief Financial Officer of the company. 

As part of her new position, Gaskill’s responsibilities will include accounting, underwriting, internal accounting and finance for Everlong Captive.

“Sherry Gaskill has been a key part of our success being the primary person establishing financial infrastructure, captive cells and building liaison relationships across captive domiciles,” Doug Truax, Founder and CEO of Everlong, said.

Gaskill’s background as a CPA, along with prior experience in public accounting, has helped her to excel in corporate accounting at Everlong Captive. She previously had success in growing the first innovative captive cell for the company. 

Gaskill also serves as co-owner of a woman-owned business, and contributes consistently to implementation and organization of financial structures within other woman-owned businesses.
